Where can I buy tickets?
We recommend that you buy tickets in advance from our online shop for the following routes: the Suomenlinna and Lonna and the Western Island Route. In addition, tickets can be purchased on the spot from the water bus.

Can I buy tickets on the waterbus?
You can buy tickets from the water bus, but we recommend you purchase them in advance from our online shop to secure your seat. Unfortunately, there is no seat reservation available on the Eastern Island Route.
Please kindly pay with card on the spot, however if you are paying cash, please remember to reserve exact amount of cash on the spot.
Can I take my dog on a cruise?
Yes, dogs are welcome on all our ships free of charge.

Are your ships accessible?
The majority of our vessels are accessible by manual wheelchair. Please note that route and piers also matter, so please contact us for more information: [email protected].

Our regular ferries have toilets. In addition, the Suomenlinna and Lonna, Western and Eastern Island Route ferries have cafés with liquor concessions. Welcome!

How do I make a group booking for a scheduled service?
You can buy tickets directly from our online shop or make a reservation by email: [email protected]. If you book by e-mail, we will add an additional €11 (incl. VAT) to your invoice.

You can inquire about lost property by calling the ships directly or contacting customer services at [email protected]

Is it possible to make a stopover on an island during the cruise?
Yes, there are several wonderful destinations in the Helsinki and Espoo archipelago that offer opportunities for hiking as well as restaurant and activity services.
Other destinations we recommend include Suomenlinna, Lonna, Vallisaari, Vartiosaari, Kaunissaari, Pentala, and Iso Vasikkasaari. Ask for more information when making a request for a quote.
What other activities can be organised during the cruise?
You can also book troubadours, stand-up comedians, magicians and other entertainment multi-taskers on board. We also offer guiding services.
Is it possible to organise catering on the water bus?
Yes, we can organise food cruises for groups of up to 48 people. Meals are served from a buffet table, and our water buses have a bar offering a wide range of drinks.
Do you take special dietary needs into account?
Yes, we offer replacement meals for people with special dietary needs.
Is it possible to hold meetings in the water bus, and do you have meeting equipment available?
Yes, we have a screen and a projector. Please ask for more information when requesting a quote.
