FRS Finland employs around 60 people during the summer season, and we have 8 full-time employees. Most of our staff work on the water, so you will be part of a dynamic and inspiring working environment!

We are constantly recruiting maritime staff! We are looking for skippers with driver or domestic skipper qualifications, and deckhands for whom a deckhand's qualification is an advantage. Our main season is from May to the end of September.
