During the winter season we organise exciting safaris together with our partners. For example, a 2,5-hour excursion to a nearby island with an ice-strengthened vessel, including a tour of the island and a beloved Finnish treat: muurinpohjaletut—thin, crispy pancakes cooked outdoors in a large cast‑iron pan over an open fire. We serve these pancakes the traditional way, with cloudberry jam, freshly whipped cream, and a cup of hot berry juice to warm your hands. It’s a simple, authentic Nordic comfort food experience—perfect for a winter day in the archipelago.
